• Security breach alarms.

- Your data is stored and backed up daily on cloud-based secured servers so it can never be lost.

- Only you, and those you authorise, will have access to your ChildCloud accounts.

- You can restrict the people you authorise to only be able to view specific data.

- All passwords are encrypted so only you as parents and us as the school have access to it.

- In the case of a student leaving your school, we allow you to archive them.

- There is also the option to permanently delete students and parents.

- If you explicitly ask us to, ChildCloud will delete your schools data immediately.

- You are always in control!

Here are our promises to you:

  • We don’t share any parent, student or teacher information with advertisers or marketers.
  • We don’t own anything you add to ChildCloud, you do!
  • Students’ activities and records are private to the classroom.
  • We use the latest security to protect you at all times.
  • We are POPIA compliant.
  • We will notify you if we make any changes to our terms.

You have full control:

- Teachers, parents, and students can access and edit their information whenever they want to.

- They are also free to choose to discontinue use of ChildCloud anytime.

3 month deletion policy:

We delete school accounts if they are inactive for more than three months.

Your Data belongs to you:
ChildCloud will never sell your information to anyone - especially not to advertisers!

"A clear and transparent privacy policy is essential to build trust with parents, teachers, and students. ChildCloud demonstrates that, with hard work, it is possible to make privacy practices easy to understand." David Whitehead, CEO
