When parents login to ChildCloud they can view a class list, as shown below.
To comply with POPIA / GDPR, we suggest you do not show parents names and mobiles to other parents.
To hide these, login as the administrator on ChildCloud and click School at the top menu, then click Settings.
You now have full control over what parents see on the class list:
1. You can either hide the class list completely.
2. You can hide just the parents emails
3. You can hide just the parents mobiles
