Forgot password?

Step 1: On the login page click ‘Forgot Password’ 

Step 2: Enter the users email address and click ‘Send Reset Link’

Step 3: The user will receive an email with a link to click, they can now enter a new password, if done successfully, they'll get an onscreen message to say ‘Your Password has been updated‘

Note: You can only send a forgotten password reminder if the user is registered. If they are not registered, you must invite them.

Tip: If the user clicks the link to reset their password and they get an error saying ‘Unable to Verify you’ - they have already reset their password successfully. In this instance they would need to start the process again (i.e. Step 1 - 3)
