How do I archive or delete a parent?

To archive a parent follow these steps:
1. Click 'Parents' at the to menu
2. Find the parent you wish to archive
3.Click on the parents name
4. Then click 'Archive'
To delete a parent, read on below ....
To permanently delete a parent, follow these steps:
1. You need to have first archived the parent. (See steps above)
2. Once archived, you can click on the 'Parents' tab at the top
3. Then click 'Archived Parents'
4. Find the parent, and click 'Permanently Delete'
Note: Once you delete the parent, they cannot be recovered, the data is removed from our server. Deleting a parent does NOT delete the student.
