Step 6: Inviting Parents to ChildCloud

Login as the administrator and click Parents in the top menu. Then click All Parents.

To invite a new parent to ChildCloud click the blue 'invite' button (see screenshot below)Below is the invite the parent receivesBelow is the invite the parent receives

The parent will be sent an automated email on behalf of your school, requesting them to create a password.  After which they will be connected to ChildCloud.

Below : An example of the invite the parent receives. Note the system will automatically address the parent by their first name. Your schools auto signature will also be added to the invite email.
